Offshore Bank Accounts with Barclays Bank
One of the things about being a successful expat and achieving the freedom of a tax haven, is having your bank accounts offshore. This practical piece of logistics is something which you need to set up. Here's the place to do it.
Barclays Wealth International is Offshore by being on the Isle of Man. Geographically, the Isle of Man is an island to the West of Great Britain and to the East of Ireland. Politically, the Isle of Man is part of the British Isles, but is not part of the United Kingdom. It's also not part of the European Union. The Isle of Man has a special tax haven status, like Gibraltar, and the Channel Islands.
Another detail which is worth knowing, is that as well as Barclays Offshore being an international status offshore financial resource, it's also part of Barclays Bank which is a well-respected well-trusted well-known financial business.
To qualify for a Barclays Offshore account, you need to be of sufficient status, well-off enough, but for the exact details please check with The Official Site
Meanwhile, here is some descriptive shpiel by Barclays Offshore themselves...
