use of the word "vacations" rather than "holidays",
and with being
".com" rather than ".co.uk", customers had an
idea it was an American company! Well, it isn't. It's British.
And now they've made adjustments and got a .co.uk site and
emphasised it's Blue
Chip Holidays, it should help to
clear this up! See, Cornwall and Devon are regions within the
British Isles.
