No win No fee lawyers

If you have an accident or an injury there are sometimes ways in which you can pin the blame on someone and get some compensation. Here are a few contacts who might be able to help:

Obviously if you've suffered from some kind of injury or trauma through accident, and someone else is to blame, it's nice to be able to get some justice and to get the guilty party to pay you some compensation. These no-win no-fee legal services may be able to help you.

But it has to be mentioned that there's a difference between JUSTICE and LAW, and I have my doubts about the whole problem of society becoming too litigious, such that burglars can sue home owners for having dangerous glass windows which are unsafe to smash, clumsy people in shops tripping over their own litter and suing the shop, and careless people suing cafes because the coffee was hot and didn't have a legal warning on the cup.

Having said that, there's usually at least two sides to the whole story, and there are genuine cases. If you feel hard-done-by because of something where you've ended up wounded or incapacitated and it's someone else's fault, you could try getting the services of a no-win no-fee lawyer (see list above), and see if you can get a claim put in! Worth a try, and without risking your own money on it.

Here's another interesting thing. If you took out a loan, and the loan company sold you PPI (Payment Protection Insurance), they may have done this properly, or not. If you have been mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance, there's a company called First Refunds who may be able to get the money back for you! Although they aren't no-win no-fee lawyers, they are specialists at bringing justice upon situations involving problems with Payment Protection Insurance on loans and mortgages.

Is there a temporary nature to affiliate programs held by no-win no-fee lawyers? Some people have suggested that it's a thing about the market, and isn't exclusive to that line of business. You can examine other business directory classifications here and see how long-term various of them are.

This always used to be a "lucky page". I like to think it's because both sides of the argument are seen. I say "used to be" because that was in the old days. Since then Google has gone down the toilet. Shame.
