The best site I've seen for help on all manner of EATING DISORDERS (anorexia, bulimia, etc) is the Eating Disorders Association UK (EDA UK) site, which has loads of helpful information, good links, and worthwhile contacts.

Counselling Directory is a database of UK counsellors with a section about the causes and symptoms of eating disorders. This website also allows you to look at some statistics related to eating disorders.
