Not everyone agrees about the nature of Field and Trek, for example Diana writes (2006/07):
You tell me how wonderful they are, all the awards they have won.
I know they sell 'small' shirts with 18" collars.
I know they return goods returned in exactly the same size you returned.
I know you can wait in all day for a delivery/collection which they promise but do not follow through.
So your site needs some balance. E-Bay style.

...So, how about that for a sense of balance? I would have thought that most of their customers were happy, but evidently not everyone. I hope the issue of the return of goods is sorted out soon. Watch this space!
