We mended this form by using FTP from Linux and using chmod to set the permissions to 755. Incidentally, if you're looking for some fancy form filling and form processing software, you might be interested to know that Affiliate Tracker supply some (see note at end of that page).

* Special conditions on Perceptions Magazine: Users, ex-users, and survivors, and carers, can have full membership of National Voices Forum (free) and others can have associate membership which includes the mailout of Perceptions Magazine. Full Membership of National Voices Forum is free.

Zyra's Circular and other sign-ups on this page are FREE. It's just Perceptions Magazine (which is a physical mailout) which costs a nominal fee at Voices Forum.
