A fundamental requirement of life (in the same category of such things as oxygen, water, food, knowledge)
WHAT YOU WANT IS WHAT YOU GET
(You decide what you want, and then because that is reasonable and isn't a problem to anyone (because you've thought it out well), you actually get that).
The usual form of the description is: Freedom FROM <item list>
Types of oppression in the list include all the obvious ones and some that are less obvious.
Obvious: Governments that do not respect your rights of personal liberty, other PEOPLE who have beliefs contrary to personal freedom (usually by outdated convention), and some SYSTEMS of thinking (conformity, convention, religion) which have ill-conceived conceptuality counterproductive to individuality,
Non-Obvious: Types of thinking within the self which aren't in your best interest (which can easily be mended), and issues of philosophy (which require careful application of philosophy technology to design functional solutions)
