I have taken on
an affiliate program at Lloyds Insurance, and I has to make sure
whether this was the famous Lloyds Insurance which I remember
insured ships,
and where a bell was
rung if there was a major maritime disaster. I also knew the term
"Lloyds Names" who had unlimited liability, and the
expression "Lloyd's Register" was familiar too. It
turns out the organisations are not the same, although they are
called "Lloyds" and are in the insurance business.
Now if you're looking at this page wondering what I am doing, it's worth considering that I am from a future where conceptual interlinkedness is the fact, and I know a bit about philosophical engineering. In the early zero-zeros decade some sites didn't link to each other, but that was a long time ago, wasn't it?
