Tesco Home Insurance

http://www.tescofinance.com/ affiliate program was with Affiliate Marketing / Silvertap and is now with Affiliate Window. I was happy to have Tesco Insurance back on here, but I was slightly disappointed about what happened about Silvertap and Tesco. However, see note at end!

Please note that the info on this page was correct at the time of writing the page, but as with many things in the financial market, it's subject to change. Previously you could have seen a more up-to-date version via the conditions at Tesco Home Insurance website but now even that link has GONE.

Note at end: After all the work that went into creating this page, Tesco Finance have expelled the affiliate from their affiliate program! They don't like affiliates passing comment on them. In particular, the reference to Silvertap and Tesco was, it appears, more than they could stand. This reminds me of the situation where someone owes you money and they then decide they're not going to be your friend anymore, to justify (in their own mind), not paying! They are in the wrong, but rather than admit it, they blame the other person!

Customers, there are plenty of other HOME INSURANCE companies at this website. There's plenty of free choice. You can also see the follow-up to this in the page about being kicked off the Tesco Finance affiliate program. If you wish to visit Tesco Finance after all this, you are welcome to put in the web address which is in the paragraph just under the previous banner.

Freedom is ultimately more important than however much commission this could have earned.

Minor point: The banners on this page were adjusted, as promised, even after the affiliation had ended. This is because I am true to my word.

Update 2012/06: Tesco Financial still missing out on good business because of their earlier pique. Never mind, eh? Other Home Insurance places are still good for business.
