At the time of publishing Issue126 of this site, there were a few problems. These were not problems with The AA, I hasten to add! We get on well with The AA. It's just a problem with the arrangement by which the links were connected up. In my opinion, this is largely the fault of the affiliate marketing company BUY.AT, who were taken over by AOL and then tried to impose a contract which some affiliates refused to sign. So, we look forward to a new (amicable) affiliate program with a more reasonable company. Redirect to a page of explanation about the Buy.at problem at The AAThe AA

GOOD NEWS on this! On Issue127, the new AA affiliate program with with TradeDoubler! So, welcome back to The AA!

I feel there is a certain poetic allegory here. Nothing is 100% reliable, whether it be your vehicle's engine components, or the tyres, or an affiliate program. However, the resourceful person carries a spare, and/or tools and parts to be able to fix things that go wrong. It's almost as if, in the case of The AA, after their affiliate program went flat, they soon repaired the situation and are now back up and running again!
